Little can be found online about this particular building, other than it appears to be known as ‘Star Tower’. Located on Corniche Street - opposite Lake park - the tower is a striking black colour with chamfered corner balconies which helps it stand out against its surroundings. A cantilevered raised podium add some character at street level.
