From Zayed 1st Street, it’s invisible - concealed by its modern, taller, planer neighbor. But if you take a detour and explore the side streets and back streets, you’ll discover this little gem. Standing twelve floors high and taking up a relatively slender plot, the sand-colored elevation is adorned with a great mix of modern details and some more traditional references. The use of contrasting textures further enhances the primary elevations. At ground level you have the usual mix of small independent retail units serving the residents of the area. And to the ‘rear’ a blank wall facing another just a meter or so apart from each other.
