Just down the road from the subject of my previous post, this building blends in with its surroundings much more effectively.

Nevertheless, it still has a few elements of interest - most notably the concrete panels, with diagonal relief, forming the balcony balustrading and window spandrels. The remainder of the upper twelve levels of this building are clad with brick look-a-like tiles. Arched slot windows in a black tile clad first floor break this pattern. The same black tile treatment is given to the vertical circulation which appears too sit central to the rear elevation.

Architect and completion date unknown.
