I love the incorporation of the slender arches on the facade of this building - particularly at high level where they help define the penthouses that look out across the Corniche to the water. The curved balconies are a lovely feature that I’ve not noticed elsewhere in Abu Dhabi (yet). And I really like the way the rhythm and proportion of the openings changes across the height of the building.

However, there’s something slightly odd happening to the rear of the building, with what appears to be a more recent extension!
