This building has always given a bit of a retro sci-fi vibe. Its contrasting white concrete and dark green-blue glazing create a clean ‘futuristic’ look, yet the building still incorporates some locally recognizable elements such as the angled corner balconies and the inset ground floor with flared pointed-arched openings.

There’s also the pattern imprinted onto the concrete facade - interestingly, one which can be found in other buildings around the city.
