Not just a building, but two large complexes consisting of six nine-storey and six twelve storey towers - each group sat atop a two-storey podium. Bisected by Mohammed Bin Butti Al Ahmed Street, and facing Abu Dhabi Mall, the podium are topped with communal gardens for residents (in need of some TLC), along with a ramp providing vehicle drop-off.

Podium levels are full of a variety of retail units and F+B. Everything from supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants, to typing centers, vape shops and souvenir stores!

The bright white facades of the tower are adorned with contrasting geometric patterns which create lovely shadows as the sun moves across the sky throughout the day.
