A relatively unassuming 13 storey building on Hamdan Street, whose Architect and date of completion are unknown.
I admire the rigor of the elevations and the little details such as the arched profiles on the spandrel panels. As is typical here, the ground floor is taken up by retail units; which are currently undergoing refurbishment.
Lovely little building!
