Another building undergoing renovation (👍🏼), 716 is a lesson in keeping things simple. Symmetry and subtle changes in material, texture and colour make it stand out from the monotony of glass and aluminum cladding that makes up the majority of newer buildings.

I can’t wait to see this building get a well-deserved new lease of life…
